One of the biggest keys is letting yourself feel what you really feel instead of repressing it!
I went through a lot of trauma in the past and had so many repressed emotions. But when I let myself feel those things fully and let go and felt at peace with what had happened and with the present moment, HUGE things started to manifest.
Now, whether you’ve experienced trauma or not, I think most of us have repressed/avoided unpleasant things we don’t want to feel.
Guys, don’t pretend to be happy if you’re not. That’s not the path to happiness. Don’t force positivity. Realize that you are where you are and that it’s okay. You can’t jump over negativity and land on happiness. The only way out is THROUGH it.
